Build a distinctive brand for BIGSIM that stands out in a functional category while remaining flexible across logo, web, and communication.

Approach

Developed a character-driven concept and translated it into a consistent logo and UI concept with clear, recognisable visual rules. Used the mascot as the primary emotional entry point, tied the “big smile” promise to reliability and transparency, and prioritised consistency over short-term campaign expression.

Impact

Established a memorable, approachable identity that supports digital presence and provides a clear base for future campaigns.
