2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Server location: Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. No transfer of personal data to third countries takes place.
3. Access Logs
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, date and time of access, HTTP status code, and data volume transferred.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating, securing, and maintaining the website).
Retention: 7–14 days, then automatically deleted.
IP addresses are not merged with other data sources.
4. Contact Form
The contact form collects the following data: name, e-mail address, budget range, and project description.
Purpose: Processing your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication).
Retention: Until the enquiry is resolved, no longer than 2 years.
Disclosure: Not shared with third parties.
Providing this data is voluntary. Without a name and e-mail address the enquiry cannot be answered.
5. Cookies
One strictly functional cookie is set when a password-protected case study is unlocked:

This cookie is strictly necessary and requires no consent (§25(2)(2) TTDSG). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set.
6. SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://".
7. No Third-Party Services
This website uses no analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), no social media embeds, no advertising networks, and no external fonts or CDN services involving third-country transfers. No requests are made to external servers when the site loads.
